The official Shopify for Zendesk app is a free sidebar integration available in the Zendesk Marketplace. It displays customer order history, shipping status, and billing details inside Zendesk tickets. On eligible Zendesk plans, agents can also process refunds and cancellations directly from the sidebar without opening Shopify admin.
