Shero builds the pricing sync so that customer-specific price levels, volume break schedules, and contract rates in NetSuite flow into Shopify Plus B2B catalogs automatically. Inventory sync designed for your item types and locations

NetSuite inventory is structured around item types, bin locations, and subsidiary assignments that do not map directly to Shopify's inventory model. Shero documents the translation logic for each item type in your catalog before build, so inventory levels arrive in Shopify in the correct format and location assignment rather than requiring manual correction after sync.

Custom SuiteScript for requirements Celigo cannot handle

When your NetSuite configuration requires logic that falls outside Celigo's flow builder, Shero writes custom SuiteScript to handle it. This includes custom record types, non-standard fulfillment workflows, and order approval processes that need to execute in NetSuite before status returns to Shopify.

NetSuite releases two major updates per year. Shopify deprecates API versions on a defined schedule. Discovery: NetSuite Config Mapping

We document your NetSuite subsidiary structure, item types, custom fields, pricing levels, fulfillment workflows, and the data flows required between NetSuite and Shopify. This session defines the build approach and is what produces an accurate scope.

Architecture: Connector and SuiteScript Design

We select the integration approach: Celigo configuration, custom SuiteScript, or a combination. For data flows that Celigo covers, we design the flow configuration. For requirements outside Celigo's scope, we design the SuiteScript logic. Where iPaaS middleware is needed to bridge additional systems, that layer is designed alongside the NetSuite connection.

Build: Integration Development

We build the integration against production data, not sandbox records. Order sync, inventory sync, pricing sync, and fulfillment status flows are built and tested individually before full end-to-end testing begins. Error logging and retry logic are included in every flow.

UAT: End-to-End Validation

We run live test orders, inventory updates, and pricing changes through the full integration cycle. We test edge cases specific to your NetSuite configuration: multi-subsidiary routing, custom field validation, and concurrent order processing at the volume your peak periods require.
