Channel strategy and marketplace selection

Evaluate product fit, competition, margin, and account requirements for each marketplace. Not every Shopify catalog belongs on every marketplace. Select channels based on where your specific products have the best opportunity.

Seller account setup and approval

Set up or audit Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay seller accounts. Complete category approvals and brand registry where applicable. Walmart and Target Plus require application approval before listing.

Inventory sync architecture

Configure Shopify Marketplace Connect or a third-party multichannel tool for inventory sync. Set sync intervals and buffer stock rules based on your product velocity and fulfillment capacity. Test sync accuracy with small batches before full catalog launch.

Write Amazon-specific titles, bullet points, and backend keywords from your Shopify product data. Upload A+ Content if Brand Registry is approved. Check all images against Amazon's technical specifications.
