Shero configures the full dunning sequence and connects it to Klaviyo win-back flows, so failed payments trigger a recovery process rather than an automatic cancellation.

Recharge passes more subscription-specific event data to Klaviyo than any other subscription app, but only if the integration is configured to send it. Subscription created, charge upcoming, charge failed, subscription paused, and cancellation events each require mapped Klaviyo flows to turn subscription data into retention revenue. Shero maps these as part of the implementation, not as a follow-up project.
