Sarris Candies had outgrown a custom .NET platform built for a different era. Shero migrated Sarris Candies from custom .NET to Shopify Plus with full SEO continuity. The legacy .NET platform lacked descriptive URLs, which made automated 301 mapping impossible, so Shero's SEO team manually mapped every high-traffic page to its new counterpart and built SEO-friendly URLs from scratch. We migrated product and collection metadata, optimized the XML sitemap, configured robots.txt and canonical tags, and implemented structured data across Organization, Product, Article, and Breadcrumb schemas. A custom product schema was developed to handle multi-pricing variants accurately, and GA4 plus Google Search Console were configured to keep reporting clean from launch day.
