Shero is a remote-first company. Most of our team works from home across four countries: the US, UK, Finland, and Albania. We have office space at our headquarters in Red Hook, NY, for those who prefer it, but nobody is required to come in. Our teams coordinate across time zones, with core overlap hours for collaboration and the flexibility to manage your own schedule around deliverables. We measure output, not hours.

We are an Apple shop. Every team member gets a MacBook and the accessories they need to do their job well. You also get access to the software and platforms our teams use daily, including Figma, Slack, Confluence, and Google Workspace. If you need something specific for your role, we will work with you to get it.

Competitive salary reviewed annually with discretionary quarterly bonuses based on individual and company performance. For US team members: 20 days of paid time off, 5 sick days, paid US holidays plus floating religious and cultural holidays, medical and dental insurance for employees and family members, with 70% of premiums covered by Shero, and a 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%. You will work hands-on with Shopify Plus, enterprise integrations, and marketing platforms that most agencies never touch. We support paid certifications, and every team member gets a mentor from day one. Whether you want to lead a team, go deeper into a technology, or move into strategy, there is room to grow here. Most of our leadership team started in individual contributor roles at Shero.
