Loop's native exchange integration connects exchanges to the original Shopify order rather than creating separate EXC orders. Financial calculations run through Shopify's exchange engine, which means Shopify's reporting reflects exchange outcomes accurately. Brands that migrated to native exchanges eliminated the need for Loop's adjustment reports to reconcile Shopify data. Shero configures native exchanges as the default for all new Loop implementations.

Klaviyo flows triggered by Loop return events

Loop passes return events to Klaviyo: return initiated, exchange completed, refund issued, return delivered, and bonus credit applied. Each is a trigger for a different retention flow. A high-value customer who chose store credit gets a different sequence than a first-time buyer who requested a refund.
