Yotpo closed its email and SMS products at the end of 2025 to focus on reviews and loyalty, and named Attentive its preferred partner. We move brands still affected to Attentive or Omnisend and rebuild their flows there.

Yotpo is a customer engagement platform covering product reviews, visual UGC, and loyalty and referrals. Email and SMS were shut down at the end of December 2025. Yotpo named Attentive its primary email and SMS partner and Omnisend its partner for growing brands. Shero configures Yotpo Reviews and Yotpo Loyalty for Shopify brands, integrates both with Klaviyo, Attentive, or Omnisend for messaging, and manages migration of any remaining Yotpo email and SMS workflows to the correct replacement platform.

Yotpo email and SMS shut down in December 2025, so any remaining flows are broken

Brands that did not complete their Yotpo email and SMS migration before December 31, 2025 now have abandoned cart, welcome, and win-back flows that are not sending. Shero audits the current state of all Yotpo automations, identifies what is broken, and rebuilds the flows on Attentive or Omnisend with full consent record transfer.

Yotpo Loyalty integrates with Klaviyo Customer Hub and Attentive for messaging

Yotpo Loyalty data, including points balances, VIP tier status, and referral credits, connects to Klaviyo's Customer Hub so customers see their loyalty status inside the Klaviyo account portal. It also connects to Attentive for loyalty-triggered SMS. Shero builds these integrations so loyalty data flows into the messaging stack from day one.
