Triple Whale's default Shopify app installation does not enable server-side sync automatically. Without it, conversion data from browsers with ad blockers, iOS privacy restrictions, and VPNs is missing from attribution. Shero enables the Server-Side Sync toggle and cross-references pixel data against the Shopify API from the first order so the data gap does not accumulate before it is noticed.

TikTok conversions on Shopify do not appear in Triple Whale's multi-channel reports from pixel tracking alone. TikTok requires an Events API connection with a server-side access token configured in Triple Whale's integration settings. Shero connects Meta CAPI, Google Ads API, and TikTok Events API as part of every Triple Whale setup so all three platform server-side signals are present from the first campaign.

Google's default 30-day view-through attribution window and Triple Whale's default 7-day window produce different conversion counts for the same campaign.
